[Cooking Lesson] Karen Renn demonstrated how to make dumpling from scratch and every visitors got a chance to get their hand "dirty". After class, we enjoyed the delicious home made dumpling.
[Taiwanese Culture] Tthanks to Florence Su to be our host for "Exploring Taiwanese's Culture" evening program. Speical martial art demostartion proformed by James Hsu and Mark Lai, Chinese painting and calligraphy by Rosalie Mei, and making Chinese knotting by Melody.
[Internation Cuisine] Taiwanese and Korean dishes made this dinner very special.
